I want to buy Pro, but when I click anywhere in the app that regards to PRO, it shows a window opening for a millisecond and immediately closing so I cannot add tokens, or purchase membership, I tried in the settings page, clicking the P blanace in bottom left, as well as ‘Included in Pro’ button on a specific integration (CS2)
My understanding is these buttons should open up a browser tab for you to finalize the purchase of Light Points, Pro Subscriptions, etc. What happens if you try going directly to it from the website?
You’ll have to login, but the URL should work. If not, could be an adblocker or something similar.
As a follow-up, it could also be related to the default browser that you’re using. I’d suggest trying Edge or a different browser than the ones you’ve already used.
