Hello guys, my problem is pretty much what the title says. all my devices work great but when i change to another user the keyboard stop receiving input. the light effect remains but only the volume wheel works. the problem is with SignalRGB because when i close the program the keyboard work just fine. if anyone can help it’ll be much appreciated.

I have the same issue - Any time I log out of windows or change to another user, my Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard stops working. I need to unplug and replug it in to get it working again. When I uninstall SignalRGB, this issue goes away. Is there a solution to this?
I chatted with the devs and they had a theory where maybe SRGB was still running and attempting to keep device control of the keeb. Can you try disabling it in SignalRGB and testing? If it still happens there’s a chance it’s not related to SRGB but another program or cause.
A bug report always helps give us more info too 
I tried this yesterday when I was trying to find a solution. Disabling the keyboard in SignalRGB seems to resolve the issue and has been working since yesterday. I’m not a technical expert, but definitely seems like something with the SignalRGB software, as it only started occurring when I installed the software and worked fine again after uninstalling (or disabling the keyboard).
Yeah - I would definitely recommend a support ticket and a bug report in the app (or through this link).
Can you confirm it’s the same keeb as OP? The Razer Blackwidow V4? Some of them have different plugins and operate differently, so would be good to know.
It’s a Razer Black Widow Elite - Not sure if that’s identical to the one the OP has or not though.

We don’t handle multiple users currently, so you should be able to disable your keyboard if you need to change to another Windows user. Let me know if that works.
the thing is even disabling the keyboard still keeps freezing on user switch. i have to completely close the program for the keyboard not to be affected after changing users
Once it’s disabled in SRGB it should stop managing or communicating with the device to my understanding. Strange that it has to be completely closed…let us know how things develop with the conversation with support and fingers crossed the root cause is ID’d quickly.
