Recently updated BIOS on my pc and my gpu is no longer working with signal rgb, prior to the update I had no issues. According to the compatibility list it’s a compatible device, anyone got any ideas?

I have tried the fix that utilises the below command into ‘run’ which has been posted on this forum but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

%localappdata%\VortxEngine\app-2.3.3\Signal-x64\Plugins\Asus\GPUs

That path is wrong because it’s referencing an old version. Have you tried the troubleshooting [found here](https://docs.signalrgb.com/troubleshooting/common-issues/device-not-detected/)? It can also help to try a [full power cycle](https://docs.signalrgb.com/troubleshooting/hardware-drivers/full-power-cycle/), that helps with many issues as a base troubleshooting step to restart all the underlying services.
